This is one of the special programmes offered by the Faculty of Law, T.U. This programme is offered at Nepal Law Campus only since 2012 A.D. The person who desires to get admission in this programme should pass entrance exam. The entrance exam is same for both two years and three year’s LL.M. The successful applicant can choose either two-year LL.M or three-year LL.M programme. This programme is running in the morning and attractive for the employees with different governmental, non-governmental, corporation and companies and busy lawyers. There are 11 reserve seats in this programme, these are: Women-2, Madhesi-2, Indigenous nationalities-2, Dalit-1, Foreign students-2, Backward areas -1, and People with Disabilitis-1.
LL.M. ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS
The Full Marks for Entrance exam is 100. Out of 100, the pass marks is 40. A candidate passing the entrance exam shall be eligible for admission on the basis of marks obtained (Merit basis) in entrance exam.

Contents for entrance test
The Contents for entrance exam is only from Jurisprudence subject. So, the candidates appearing LL.M. entrance exam shall prepare on Jurisprudence from Bachelor of laws course.
